What’s included
Two spreadsheets that work together: one tracks job profitability while work is in progress, the other sets up your books so that tracking is possible in the first place.
WIP Schedule Template
A percentage-of-completion schedule that shows, for every open job, whether you’re over- or under-billed against the work actually done. Fill in a few numbers per job and it calculates the rest.
QBO Chart of Accounts Template
A starting chart of accounts for construction and trade businesses, structured so job costs stay separate from overhead, including the two balance sheet accounts your WIP schedule feeds.
